Our Warranty
The promise behind every repair
✓ Labour warranty on repairs
✓ Manufacturer parts coverage
✓ We make it right
We stand behind the work we do. If a repair we performed fails within its warranty period, we come back and fix it — that's the whole idea.
Labour warranty
- Repairs carry a labour warranty (the exact length is printed on your invoice — commonly 30 to 90 days depending on the job).
- If the same repair fails within that window under normal use, the return visit and re-repair labour are covered.
- Your invoice is your warranty record — keep it, or view it anytime through the link we email you.
Parts
- Installed parts (springs, rollers, openers, cables, seals) are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you.
- Premium parts — like nylon rollers or upgraded springs — typically carry longer coverage than builder-grade hardware.
What isn't covered
- New, unrelated problems that appear after our visit (a different part failing later).
- Damage from misuse, forcing a door, accidents, weather, pests, or work done by others after ours.
- Continuing to operate a door we specifically advised you to stop using.
- Normal wear on a door or opener we did not replace.
